Whither China?

Mr. Pan Shaozhong, Associate Professor at Beijing’s Foreign Affairs College, has chosen the topic of “Whither China?” to speak on. In view of a question of almost exactly the same phrasing raised during last month’s seminar, and of Mr. Pan’s ‘insider’ role, the session ought to hold interest for many of us. Mr. Pan is currently affiliated with the East-West Center as a scholar in its international education program, while doing American Studies at the University.
