Dr. Douglas P. Murray, Vice-President of the East-West Center, will speak on the topic “U.S.-China Cultural and Educational Exchange: Threshold of a Second Decade.” Long active in educational and cultural exchange efforts between America and China, Dr. Murray was Director of the U.S.-China Program of Stanford University, as well as Vice-President of the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations, of which he remains a director of the board.
