Professor David Milton, of the University of Oregon, is a Visiting Professor of Sociology at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa during the Spring 1989 semester. He received his PhD from UC Berkeley. Milton and his family spent the years 1964-1969 in the People’s Republic of China, during the Cultural Revolution.
