Thomas V. Biddick is a U.S. Foreign Service Officer currently assigned to the East-West Center as Diplomat-in-Residence. Before coming to the Center he served at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing China. He also has served in Singapore, Taipei, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, and Washington D.C. Tom Biddick has a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Studies and a master’s degree in Asian Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
