“Reading Matters and Reading Public in China, an Overview” will be the subject of a talk by Mr. Jing Jun. A graduate fo the Beijing Foreign Language Institute, Mr. Jing works for the China Daily, an English-language publication in Beijing. Mr. Jing is completing a course of study in the Journalism Department of the University of Hawaii and, along with nine of his colleagues, will be returning to China after a tour of the America mainland.
