The Clinton Administration's Policy Toward China
A veteran Foreign Service Officer, Mr. Paul H. Kreisberg has seen distinguished service in India, Pakistan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Tanzania from 1952 to 1981. In Washington his assignments included being Director of Asian Communist Affairs and Senior Deputy Director of the Policy Planning Staff. He was Director of Studies and Research for the Council on Foreign Relations in New York (1981-87) and a Senior Associate of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington (1987-91).
