Hongkong/1997: An American View in 1985
Harold Meinheit served as Deputy Chief of the Political Section of the U.S. Consulate General in Hongkong. Presently, he is on assignment to the Honolulu City Council as Diplomat-in-Residence. He will speak on “Hongkong/1997: An American View in 1985.”
