Sino-Soviet Relations
Leo Moser, a member of the U. S. Diplomatic Service and at present Political Adviser to CINCPAC, will speak on Sino-Soviet relations. Moser has lived in Asia, Russia, and South America. In addition to his expertise in Chinese and Russian affairs, he has written on world energy concerns, is a student of the Hakka dialect, and is an artist. Special visitors, Mr. and Mrs. Perry Chen. Mr. Chen is President of the Marco Polo Club in Hong Kong.
