“China’s Regional Energy Relations” will be the topic of a talk by KIM WOODWARD at the September meeting of the China Seminar. Dr. Woodward, a leading authority in the field of Chinese energy and resource, received his doctorate in political science from Stanford University in 1976 and is currently a research associate in the Resource Institute, East-West Center.
