Director-General Yu Ting-yu has kindly consented to address the China Seminar on the official reasoning and argument of Taiwan’s re-entry into the United Nations. Educating at the Chinese Air Force Technical College and having done research at the University of Sao Paulo (Brazil) in international relations, Mr. Yu began his diplomatic career in 1967.
