U.S.-China Relations in Light of “Exchange” and “Modernization.”

Victor H. Li, Shelton Professor of International Legal Studies at Stanford University, will speak on “U. S.-China Relations in Light of ‘Exchange’ and ‘Modernization’.” His comments will include developments in Taiwan and their effect on U. S. - China relations. Professor Li is a frequent visitor to Hawaii and China, and commands national and international attention in his writings on China-related current affairs.
